About Ms. Drury
I received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Maine and worked as a certified athletic trainer for 2 years before deciding to pursue a second degree in education. I had the opportunity to become a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, while also attending Minnesota State, Mankato to complete a Master's of Art degree in Education and Health Science. Following completion of that degree I returned to Maine and worked as an athletic trainer and health educator at Oak Hill High School for 3 years. I am currently teaching the Health Education and Introduction to Sports Medicine courses at Gorham High, while also being the athletic trainer at Gray New Gloucester High School. I love working with young people to build awareness about the importance of health, but also have a sincere passion for athletics and injury care!
